Jay Wade is the Founder of Manna Aerial and the agency’s UAS operator, specializing in high-precision aerial inspections and thermal imaging. An Army veteran with a background in surveillance and tactical operations, Jay brings precision and professionalism to every flight; whether he’s surveying commercial rooftops, capturing breath-taking real estate content, capturing hard-to-reach infrastructure, or identifying heat loss with advanced thermal drone technology.

Licensed and insured, Jay helps Manna Media, a boutique social media agency, deliver reliable, high-quality data and visuals that go beyond marketing— supporting industries like construction, real estate, agriculture, property management, recovery operations, pest operations and more. 

When he’s not in the air, Jay’s on the ground as a proud husband to Chelsea, father to two boys, and a dedicated fitness enthusiast.
